How do you approach estimating the duration of tasks, using both your own methods and standard frameworks?

To estimate the duration of task completion, I combine my own experience with data using standard project management frameworks such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban) or Waterfall.

1. Task analysis: I break down the task into subtasks, estimating each by complexity and volume.
2. Historical data: I use data from previous similar tasks to understand the actual time taken.
3. Team estimation: I conduct estimation sessions with the team (Planning Poker, T-shirt sizing) to obtain more accurate timelines.
4. Framework usage: In Scrum, for example, I estimate tasks in story points and forecast timelines based on the team's velocity.

Example: if the team on average completes 30 story points per sprint, and a task is estimated at 10 points, then approximately the task will take a third of the sprint.
