Can you name your weaknesses or areas for improvement in your professional activity?

One of my initial weaknesses was the tendency to perfect tasks, which sometimes slowed down the process. Now I am learning to balance quality and speed to perform tasks efficiently without excessive perfectionism. I am also continuing to develop automation skills to reduce routine work and improve system stability.
