When choosing a job offer, I consider several key factors:

• Technical stack and tasks: how interesting they are and how they align with my experience and goals.
• Opportunities for growth: availability of training, mentorship, and career development prospects.
• Team and culture: how comfortable it is to work with the team, company values.
• Working conditions: schedule, remote work, compensation, social package.
• Company stability and reputation: important for long-term prospects.

For example, if a company offers interesting projects and support for professional development, this is more important to me than a slightly higher salary.
