Collaboration between teams in DevOps is usually built on principles of close integration and automation of processes. In my previous role, we used the following approaches:

• Regular meetings and synchronization between developers, testers, and the operations team to discuss requirements and issues.
• Use of shared tools for version control, CI/CD, and monitoring so that all teams had access to up-to-date information.
• Automation of deployment and testing processes, which allowed for quick feedback and minimized errors.
• Joint planning of releases and incidents to ensure coordinated actions and quick response.

This approach allowed us to effectively solve tasks and maintain the stability of services.
