What motivated you to leave your first job (air services)?

Leaving my first job was driven by a desire for professional growth and mastering new technologies. I gained valuable experience in airline services, but felt I reached a certain ceiling in development and want to apply my skills in larger and more diverse projects, where I can expand my competencies in DevOps and automation.
