In my previous team, there was a cross-functional structure including:

• Developers — responsible for writing and maintaining code.
• DevOps engineers — handled deployment automation, monitoring, and infrastructure support.
• QA engineers — ensured product quality through testing.
• Project managers — coordinated tasks and communication.

The team's role was to collaboratively work on creating, deploying, and supporting the product using an Agile approach. Each member was responsible for their area but actively interacted with others to achieve common goals.
