Who do you turn to for help if you encounter a problem at work?

When I encounter a difficulty at work, I usually turn to the following sources of help:

• Team colleagues — they know the project context best and can quickly advise.
• Technical lead or team lead — if the problem is complex or requires a decision.
• Documentation and internal wikis — often, solutions to similar problems are already described there.
• Community and forums — for example, Stack Overflow or specialized chats.

It's important not to be afraid to ask questions and to try to understand the issue yourself first, to make the most effective use of colleagues' time.
