What roles and functions did team members perform in your previous project?

In my previous project, the team was organized as follows:

• Developers: wrote and maintained the application code, implemented new features, and fixed bugs.

• QA Engineers: developed and executed tests, ensured product quality.

• DevOps Engineers: were responsible for configuring and maintaining infrastructure, automating deployment processes, and monitoring.

• Project Manager: coordinated the team’s work, planned tasks, and controlled deadlines.

• Analysts: gathered requirements, interacted with clients, and formulated technical specifications.

Each participant performed their role, but there was close communication to effectively achieve the project goals.
