If the NAT router's IP address in Yandex Cloud is blocked by Roskomnadzor, then direct internet access through this IP is impossible. To restore access, you can:

2. Use a VPN or proxy server outside the block. For example, set up access through a VPN service that is not blocked, or through a proxy in another network.

3. Use Yandex Cloud Gateway or other services with alternative IPs. Sometimes, you can configure access through Yandex Cloud's public services that are not blocked.

4. Contact your provider or use a dynamic IP. If the NAT router supports dynamic IP assignment, you can try to obtain a new IP.

Ultimately, the simplest and most reliable way is to replace the external IP of the NAT router with a new one that is not blocked by RKN, or organize a bypass of the block via VPN or proxy.
