In the DevOps teams I worked with, there was usually a clear division of roles for effective management of infrastructure and development processes.

• DevOps engineers were responsible for deployment automation, configuring CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and maintaining the infrastructure.
• Developers focused on writing code and integrating with DevOps processes, such as preparing Docker containers or configurations.
• QA engineers handled testing, including test automation and release stability checks.
• System administrators sometimes participated in supporting servers and networks, especially in larger organizations.

Communication between roles was built through regular meetings and the use of shared tools (Jira, Slack, GitLab). This approach ensured quick identification and resolution of issues, as well as stable product delivery.
