How was the organization and distribution of tasks among the team carried out in your previous company?

In my previous company, tasks were distributed using Agile methodology, most often Scrum. Each iteration (sprint) was planned at a planning meeting, where the Product Owner presented priorities, and the team, together with the team lead, broke down tasks into sub-tasks and estimated their complexity.

Task distribution was based on the competencies and workload of team members. The team lead ensured that tasks were evenly distributed and matched the developers' levels. Pair programming and knowledge sharing were encouraged whenever possible.

The process looked roughly like this:

• Product Owner forms backlog and priorities
• The team selects tasks for the sprint at the planning meeting
• The team lead distributes tasks considering experience and interests
• Developers take tasks into work, consulting if necessary

This approach helps maintain transparency, flexibility, and efficiency of the team.
