In my previous company, the workflow was organized according to Agile methodology with two-week sprints. The team used daily stand-ups for synchronization and discussing current tasks. Tasks were assigned through a tracking system (e.g., Jira), where each task had a clear description and acceptance criteria.

Interaction between developers, testers, and managers occurred through regular meetings and chat platforms (Slack, Teams). Code reviews were a mandatory step before merging changes into the main branch. CI/CD pipelines were used for automating build and testing.

This approach ensured transparency of processes, quick feedback, and high product quality.
