Could you describe the composition and structure of your current team, as well as the key roles and responsibilities of its members?

My current team usually consists of 5-7 people with the following roles:

• Team Lead — responsible for architecture, planning, and communication with other departments.
• Developers (Junior, Middle, Senior) — write code, conduct reviews, participate in design.
• QA Engineer — tests functionality, writes automated tests.
• DevOps Engineer — responsible for deployment, infrastructure, and monitoring.

Each member is responsible for their area, but the team works together, conducts daily stand-ups and retrospectives to improve processes.
