How often do you consider changing your current job?

Questions about changing jobs are very individual and depend on many factors: professional growth, working conditions, interesting projects, corporate culture, and personal goals.

Generally, I consider changing jobs if:

• There is an opportunity to significantly develop professionally.
• My current job no longer provides satisfaction or challenges.
• The working conditions or team do not meet my expectations.

It is important to approach this consciously so that the change is a step forward, not just an escape. Usually, I evaluate such opportunities once every 1-2 years, but it all depends on the specific situation.
