What database management systems do you have experience working with or using?

I have experience working with several database management systems (DBMS):

• Microsoft SQL Server — used for enterprise applications in C#, wrote complex queries, stored procedures.
• MySQL — applied in web projects, familiar with query optimization and index tuning.
• PostgreSQL — worked with advanced data types and functions.

I also have basic knowledge of working with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB.
