In my experience, interaction with a mentor or supervisor was key to professional growth. The mentor helped understand complex tasks, provided valuable advice on architecture and coding style, and also supported motivation.

For example, in one project, the supervisor regularly conducted code reviews, pointed out errors, and suggested best practices. This helped me to quickly master new technologies and improve the quality of my work.

Also, the mentor helped set goals and plan training, which made the development process more structured and effective.
