Can you tell about the team composition involved in your last project?

In my last project, the team consisted of several key roles:

• Developers (3 people): responsible for writing business logic and integrating with external services.
• Tester (1 person): responsible for writing and executing test cases, automating testing.
• Analyst (1 person): gathered requirements, interacted with the customer, and formulated technical specifications.
• Project Manager: coordinated the team's work, monitored deadlines and quality.

The team worked using Agile methodology with two-week sprints, which allowed for flexible response to changing requirements.
