How do you see your expected salary level when searching for a new job?

The expected salary level depends on many factors: experience, skills, region, company, and project specifics. When looking for a new job, I base my expectations on the average market rates for my qualifications and level.

For a junior position, this is usually in the range of X to Y (specify currency and region), for middle — from Y to Z. It is important that the salary matches my experience and the tasks I will need to solve.

I am also open to discussing the compensation package, including bonuses, social benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
