When choosing my next job in the C/C++ field, I usually pay attention to the following aspects:

• Technologies and projects: whether the tasks are interesting, what technologies are used, and how well the project aligns with my professional interests.
• Team and culture: how experienced the team is, how work is organized, and whether there is support and knowledge sharing.
• Growth opportunities: whether there are prospects for learning, career advancement, and participation in interesting projects.
• Working conditions: work schedule, remote work, pay, social package.
• Infrastructure and tools: what compilers, version control systems, CI/CD, testing are used.

For example, if a company uses modern C++ standards and pays attention to code quality, it is a big plus.
