What are your plans and goals for professional growth and development?

In my professional growth, I aim for the following goals:

• Deepen my knowledge of C and C++, especially in performance optimization and memory management.
• Master modern C++ standards (C++17, C++20) and apply them in projects.
• Develop skills in system programming, including working with operating systems and low-level interactions.
• Learn and implement best development practices, including testing, CI/CD, and code review.
• In the future, progress to a middle or senior developer level, participate in architectural decisions, and mentor others.

To achieve this, I plan to regularly study specialized literature, participate in open-source projects, and attend relevant conferences and courses.
