Have you worked on the same project all the time or different projects? Was there task distribution or specialization?

In my practice, I have worked on various projects and also spent a long time working on a large project. Depending on the scale and team structure, task distribution could vary:

• When working on a single project, there was often specialization — developers were responsible for specific modules or functional areas, which allowed for deeper immersion in the topic and improved quality.
• In a multi-project environment, tasks were distributed across projects, and sometimes it was necessary to switch between them, requiring flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly.

Task distribution was usually based on experience, competencies, and current project priorities. Sometimes, the Agile methodology was used with daily stand-ups and planning to effectively manage workload and specialization.
