Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with VIP players as their primary point of contact.
- Deliver tailored support and communication through phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, and live chat.
- Design and execute retention strategies to maximize player lifetime value and reduce churn.
- Track, analyze, and report on VIP player activity, providing insights and recommendations to management.
