Bitunix is hiring a full-time remote Subject Matter Expert in Operations for its crypto trading platform. The role focuses on integrating business processes into support workflows, maintaining operational knowledge, analyzing service metrics and improving user experience with Operations, Product and Tech teams.
Responsibilities
- Master all platform business lines and continuously update knowledge.
- Lead integration of new business processes into support workflows.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and knowledge base content.
- Analyze service metrics and produce actionable insight reports.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to identify key pain points and drive product and process improvements with cross-functional teams.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve agent efficiency through intelligent tool solutions and workflow enhancements.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product and Tech teams to improve user experience.
