Interexy is looking for a Partnership Manager based in Minsk to develop and manage a network of IT brokers, staffing agencies, and recruitment firms in Western markets. The role covers the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and negotiation to requisition intake, candidate coordination, and placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new Western partners using a personal network, LinkedIn, and outbound strategies.
- Manage the complete partner funnel from prospecting and initial outreach to negotiation, requisition intake, candidate coordination, interview management, and final placement.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners and coordinate communication with recruiting and delivery teams.
- Monitor channel performance, conversion rates, and partner satisfaction.
- Test and implement automation tools to optimize lead generation and partnership processes.
- Build relationships with new Western IT partners.
