What will need to do
- Deliver product features end-to-end
- Work with existing Enji services: understand, extend, and refactor them
- Participate in design sessions with PMs, BAs, and designers
- Prototype complex flows in Cursor or v0 before they become formal specifications
- Address technical debt thoughtfully and with clear reasoning
- Review pull requests from junior and mid-level developers
