Neo Group is recruiting a Team Lead Analyst for the CRM Vertical in its Data Analytics department in Belgrade. The role focuses on leading CRM analysts and delivering insights for campaigns, retention, segmentation, and lifecycle decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of CRM analysts, including task distribution, quality review, and professional development.
- Deliver actionable insights to the CRM department for campaign, retention, and lifecycle decisions.
- Analyze CRM campaigns, communications, client segmentation, and retention flows.
- Support data-driven decisions on bonus mechanics, communication cadence, and client targeting.
- Design and interpret dashboards for CRM KPIs.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Risk teams on CRM initiatives.
- Ensure data quality and consistency in CRM tracking and reporting.
