Til-Qazyna National Scientific and Practical Center is hiring an AI Engineer in Astana to develop Kazakh-language NLP and open-source language models. The role is office-based and offers 600,000 to 700,000 KZT gross per month.

Responsibilities
- Fine-tune and evaluate open-source Kazakh LLMs using LoRA, QLoRA, and PEFT.
- Develop NLP components such as morphological analyzers, lemmatizers, tokenizers, and terminology parsers.
- Build text-crawling, cleaning, deduplication, synthetic-data, and dataset-curation pipelines.
- Deploy NLP models as Docker/FastAPI services and optimize inference.
Conditions
Astana, office-based position.
Compensation: 600,000 to 700,000 KZT gross per month.
