About the project
The customer is an international organization operating in the financial and protection services domain. The company provides a diverse portfolio of customer-oriented solutions across multiple business areas and markets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial development experience and 3+ years of production experience with Go
- Higher education in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with AI implementation and configuration in a team
- Experience in the fintech or banking domain and with complex integrations
- Knowledge of concurrency, including goroutines and channels
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining microservices with gRPC
- Experience with containerization and deployment of backend services
- Experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and migrations
- Experience with RabbitMQ or Kafka, including event-driven and asynchronous communication
- Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
- Experience with unit and integration testing for backend services
- Experience with Grafana and Prometheus, including metrics, monitoring, and alerting
- Experience building scalable and highly available systems for high-throughput, real-time workloads
- Experience with code reviews and a focus on code quality
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of fault-tolerant design, idempotency, SLA, and service reliability
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above
