KAST is hiring a full-time onsite Growth Associate in Singapore to drive growth and product execution, optimize funnels, improve retention, and streamline operational workflows. The role works across marketing, operations, frontend, growth, and engineering teams and reports operational and growth data to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Work with frontend and growth teams to design, launch, and measure experiments focused on conversion rate optimization, transaction velocity, and user retention.
- Analyze user behavior to identify drop-off points and implement re-engagement campaigns or product adjustments to mitigate churn.
- Audit and streamline operational workflows to reduce KYC turnaround times and improve Customer Support resolution speeds.
- Connect marketing, operations, and engineering teams to enable faster decisions and execution.
- Synthesize operational and growth data into executive-level dashboards and weekly progress reports for the CEO.
- Develop data-backed growth tactics and operational frameworks.
