The Product Manager will lead the development of a complex communications platform, including product specifications, system scenarios, backlog management, delivery planning, team coordination, and market research. The role is based in the Limassol office and includes official employment with work visa assistance.
Responsibilities
- Develop product specifications and detailed descriptions of platform logic.
- Analyze and describe backend interaction scenarios, including traffic routing, API request handling, and message delivery.
- Design and analyze UI/UX workflows for end users and platform administrators.
- Define the MVP scope, delivery phases, and subsequent releases.
- Decompose requirements into Epics and User Stories.
- Estimate incoming tasks and prioritize the backlog.
- Plan and monitor regular delivery of working product versions for production deployment.
- Manage Business Analysts, assign tasks, review Use Case quality, and provide mentorship.
- Collaborate with Project and Delivery Managers on scope, value, requirements, resources, and delivery.
- Conduct competitive and market research on CPaaS players, business value, pricing, and architecture.
- Prepare the product foundation for bringing new technological platform functionality to market.
