Aivora is hiring a Business Development Lead to expand contract trading operations in Asia-Pacific or European markets. The role is remote and involves market expansion, partnership development, team leadership, and compliance management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the expansion of contract transaction operations in Asia-Pacific or European regions and implement localized market strategies.
- Lead the team to achieve transaction volume, user growth, revenue, and market share targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients, trading channels, communities, KOLs, KOCs, and industry partners.
- Design and implement local cooperation policies, commission systems, joint operations, brand activities, and traffic conversion paths.
- Maintain and develop strategic partnerships and improve partner retention and transaction contribution.
- Monitor cryptocurrency market trends, competitor strategies, regulatory changes, and user preferences.
- Coordinate with product, operations, compliance, and risk control teams to implement cooperation projects compliantly.
- Establish, manage, and develop the local business team and standardize business processes.
- Manage global business development, organize meetings, provide training, set goals, and execute them.
Conditions
Salary: $5,000–$8,000 per month.
Full-time remote position.
