Pionex is hiring a User Growth Operations specialist to plan and execute campaigns across its cryptocurrency trading platform. The role can be remote from the US or onsite in Princeton and offers $5,000–$8,000 per month plus a performance-based year-end bonus.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and execute online campaigns across the app and official website.
- Establish campaign tracking metrics, analyze performance, and optimize campaign mechanisms.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Support, Marketing, and Legal/Compliance teams.
- Design campaign mechanics such as tiered rewards, task systems, and viral loops to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and trading volume.
