What you'll be doing
- Partnering with business leaders to deliver HR advisory that supports growth
- Leading and developing the HRBP team
- Guiding stakeholders through complex people matters
- Working with HR Centres of Excellence to maintain strong service delivery
- Shaping HR strategy through market intelligence and best practice
- Owning compliance, SLAs, and quality standards across the function
Conditions
The position is based in Dubai. Open to UAE Nationals and experienced HR professionals based in the UAE.
