Nethermind is hiring a Head of Internal IT to lead Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Security, IAM and FinOps. The role owns the internal technology estate, infrastructure strategy, security controls and operational improvements in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Internal IT Department across Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Security, IAM and FinOps.
- Co-define and drive the company-wide infrastructure strategy and roadmap with the CIO.
- Manage hiring, staffing, career guidance and performance reviews across the department.
- Maintain communication with C-level executives and group leads to remove DevOps silos.
- Own the internal and corporate technology estate and act as the primary contact for internal IT matters.
- Govern AI tooling and agentic workflows for engineering and non-engineering use.
- Identify and implement operational improvements and optimizations.
