Sociala is looking for a UI/UX Designer to organize and develop the design function for a social and UGC product targeting the US market. The role involves improving web product UX, preparing the design for mobile development, and working closely with product, technical, and QA teams.

Sociala is a product startup in the social and UGC domain for the US market. The product includes a social graph, content, paid channels, and interactions between creators and subscribers.
The team is distributed across the CIS, Europe, and the USA.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the current design situation and normalize the work of the design team.
- Collect and organize mockups, source-of-truth materials, and screen states.
- Synchronize UI with product flows, business logic, and requirements.
- Work on authorization, posts, channels, paid subscriptions, donations, and content management flows.
- Adapt the design for the upcoming mobile application.
- Work closely with product owners, tech leads, and QA.
- Review and verify the consistency of product flows and logic.
- Improve the quality of the design team.
Conditions
Fully remote work.
Salary of $1,500–1,600 per month with stable payments.
A contractual format is possible for candidates who do not have Russian or Belarusian citizenship.
The role offers flexibility and autonomy, direct communication with the founder and product owner, and participation in product decisions.
The product is launching in the US market.

The ideal candidate can work without clear requirements and turn features into clear UX, is independent and mature, is comfortable with metrics such as retention and engagement, and can work at an intense startup pace.
