BankingON is hiring a Junior UX/UI Designer to support design work across its Petra and Boucoup banking products. The role offers mentorship, collaboration with developers and project managers, and gradual growth toward greater ownership.
What You'll Do
- Support product design work across Petra and Boucoup.
- Produce wireframes, mockups, and polished UI for customer-driven feature requests under the guidance of senior designers.
- Assist with Boucoup design needs, including financial literacy video assets and supporting UI work.
- Attend internal meetings and collaborate with developers and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Participate in feedback sessions and design reviews.
- Gather and clarify feature requirements and translate research, feedback, and analytics into design decisions.
- Develop knowledge of customers, including credit unions, community banks, and their members.
- Bring forward at least one feature idea, improvement, or design concept per year for consideration in the development pipeline.
Conditions
- Remote work, except from Russia and Belarus.
- Full-time employment.

- Work across two live products, Petra and Boucoup.

BankingON builds white-label banking technology for credit unions and community banks, including Boucoup and Petra. It is a small, collaborative team where design, product, and engineering work closely together on features used by financial institutions and their members.
Nice to Have
- Coursework, internship, or project experience related to fintech, banking, or consumer apps.
- Basic understanding of accessibility principles in UI design.
- Experience contributing to a design system or working within an established one.
