Brusnika is looking for a Russian-speaking Support Specialist for an international project. The specialist will handle customer requests in Telegram chats and work fully remotely from outside Russia.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming requests and communicate with users in chats
- Resolve standard issues according to internal procedures
- Escalate complex cases to the team lead
Conditions
- Fully remote work
- Shift schedule 2/2 from 08:00 to 20:00
- Income from 1,000 per month
- 4,000 per shift plus KPI up to 20,000
- Paid overtime
