Institute of Free Technology is hiring a Head of Commercial for Develp, a provider of Ethereum staking infrastructure and operational services. The role owns commercial outcomes, builds the institutional sales function, and grows revenue from crypto and financial-market clients.

Develp provides Ethereum staking with core infrastructure and operational services for partnering protocols operating Ethereum nodes.
Responsibilities
- Own Develp’s revenue target and be accountable for commercial outcomes.
- Define and refine the commercial model, including target customer profiles, pricing, sales assumptions, and unit economics.
- Build and execute the institutional sales strategy and develop a high-quality pipeline.
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through relationship development, pitching, negotiation, due diligence, and closing.
- Grow revenue from new and existing institutional clients and expand into liquid staking protocols and other blockchain ecosystems.
- Lead commercial onboarding in coordination with Infrastructure and Operations.
- Represent Develp at conferences and industry events.
