Re7 Capital is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to manage legal, regulatory and governance matters across its crypto and DeFi investment activities. The role is remote-first, ideally for candidates within three hours of GMT/BST, with UK visa sponsorship available for exceptional candidates.
Responsibilities
- Manage regulatory licensing and cross-jurisdictional legal structures.
- Support and challenge commercial deal structuring and negotiation.
- Ensure compliance across sales, marketing and corporate communications.
- Advise on legal and regulatory aspects of existing and new products.
- Handle legal entity governance, IP protection and data privacy compliance.
