Elixi is hiring a People Operations Manager in Dubai to own day-to-day People Operations and build scalable processes for a fast-growing, internationally distributed team.
Responsibilities
- Own core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, visas and benefits administration.
- Prepare and manage employment documentation and contracts.
- Build and maintain internal HR policies.
- Own HR systems, people data and reporting.
- Improve operational processes and introduce automation.
- Manage Dubai office operations, procurement and vendor relationships.
- Organize team events and offsites and support culture initiatives.
Nice to have
- Experience with globally distributed teams.
- People/Ops analytics and reporting skills.
- Workflow automation experience.
- Hands-on experience organizing team events and offsites.
