Ondo Finance is hiring a Senior Engineer to architect and build internal AI-powered systems connecting company data, tools, and workflows. The role covers backend services, data pipelines, lightweight user interfaces, and the evolution of the company’s internal AI roadmap.

Responsibilities
- Architect and build internal AI-powered systems connecting company data, tools, and workflows
- Own solutions end-to-end, including backend services, data pipelines, and lightweight user interfaces
- Apply LLMs, retrieval, and orchestration to operational problems
- Rapidly prototype and iterate based on real user feedback
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and automate high-leverage workflows
- Define and evolve Ondo’s internal AI roadmap as usage scales
