Ethena Labs is hiring a Head of Product / Lead Product Manager to lead the product organisation and take hands-on ownership of its flagship consumer product, currently in stealth. The role covers product vision, roadmap, operating processes, team growth, and consumer fintech product development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of two Product Managers, setting standards for process and prioritisation.
- Own the flagship consumer product, including its vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
- Establish a product operating system covering discovery, prioritisation, roadmaps, PRDs, and decision logs.
- Create scalable support, risk, and compliance processes with legal.
- Own the product budget and manage outsourced development and agency relationships.
- Scale the product team and operating culture as the business grows.
