Scorewarrior is hiring a Head of Information Security to build and lead the company’s security function in Cyprus. The role covers infrastructure, IAM, AppSec, security processes, safe adoption of AI tools, and building the initial security team.
Responsibilities
- Build a security system across IAM, infrastructure security, foundational SDLC and AppSec, security processes, and training.
- Diagnose the company’s current security landscape and design an appropriate security system.
- Own security risks and communicate with business and technology stakeholders.
- Make build-versus-buy decisions for security solutions.
- Introduce security practices as a partner to engineering teams rather than a blocker.
- Define policies and guardrails for the safe company-wide use of AI tools.
- Hire the first security engineers and grow the security function as the company’s needs evolve.
Conditions
- Location: Cyprus.
- Relocation support is provided.
- Salary: €9,000–€12,000.
- Office-based position.
