Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day management and translate strategic vision into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Define and execute commercial strategy, drive sustainable growth, and support fundraising and investor relations.
- Partner with the CTO and Product to align technology development and the roadmap with market and customer needs.
- Oversee operations, compliance, finance, and talent recruitment while establishing scalable processes and performance metrics.
- Act as the public face of the company and build strategic partnerships across fintech, neo-banking, and crypto sectors.
