The role combines hands-on Business Analysis work on complex projects with ownership of BA standards, processes, team practices, and AI-supported delivery. The specialist will lead discovery, resolve difficult stakeholder and cross-team cases, mentor analysts, and improve the quality and consistency of BA work.
What you will do
- Lead discovery, requirements analysis, specification development, and solution alignment for selected projects.
- Personally resolve complex cases involving conflicting stakeholder interests, cross-team dependencies, disputed acceptance criteria, and difficult customer negotiations.
- Review BA workflows, identify recurring gaps, and turn improvements into clear, practical standards, rules, and reusable practices.
