Tech Lead for a remote role focused on Node.js backend and Angular frontend development. The position involves architecture ownership, technical standards, team guidance, system scalability, and collaboration with the CTO, DevOps team, Product Owner, and System Analyst.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement technical standards and best practices for coding, testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability through optimization, load balancing, and resource management.
- Collaborate with the CTO on microservice design, API contracts, data schemas, and technology choices.
- Work with the DevOps team on CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and infrastructure reliability.
- Maintain engineering culture through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Promote unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Participate in incident reviews, post-mortems, and root cause analysis.
- Contribute to architectural planning and the technology roadmap.
- Analyze and decompose backlog items with the Product Owner and System Analyst.
- Organize teamwork, including task distribution, prioritization, and progress control.
- Participate in technical hiring and candidate evaluation.
- Optionally contribute to hands-on development and complex technical challenges.
