MailerLite is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to build the intelligence layer behind its products using behavioral data from more than a million businesses. The role covers predictive modeling and applied LLM work, with ownership of models from data and training pipelines through production.
Responsibilities
Build predictive models on large-scale behavioral data.
Develop applied LLM solutions, including fine-tuning on in-house data for a goal-driven assistant.
Own machine learning models end to end, from data and training pipelines to production.
Work as one of the first machine learning hires at MailerLite.
Conditions
Fully remote role available worldwide.
Four hours of overlap with CET are required.
Compensation: €55,000–€80,000 per year.
