Develp is hiring a Head of Commercial to own revenue targets, define the commercial model, and build an institutional sales strategy for Ethereum staking infrastructure and operational services.
Responsibilities
- Own Develp’s revenue target and commercial performance
- Define the commercial model, including target customers, pricing, sales assumptions, and unit economics
- Build and execute an institutional sales strategy from scratch
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through closing
- Expand commercial relationships into liquid staking protocols and other blockchain ecosystems
- Lead commercial onboarding in coordination with Infrastructure and Operations teams
- Represent Develp at conferences and strategic meetings to generate pipeline
