Mad Devs is hiring a Senior DevOps / Voice Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain SIP/VoIP infrastructure for AI Agents. The role is fully remote and open worldwide except Russia and Belarus.

Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain SIP/VoIP infrastructure using Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, and Kamailio for AI Agents
- Integrate voice platforms with GCP, AWS, and internal AI pipelines
- Ensure high availability and low latency through load balancing and failover
- Manage cloud infrastructure with Terraform and Kubernetes
- Set up call quality monitoring and alerting with Grafana and Victoria Metrics
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD
- Harden voice infrastructure security with SRTP, TLS, toll fraud prevention, and DoS protection
- Integrate with PSTN and SIP trunk providers, manage DID numbers, and configure call routing
Conditions
Salary: 3500–5000 USD gross.
Work format: remote, full-time.
