Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from hiring manager brief to offer.
Own up to 5 active IT vacancies at a time.
Source, screen, assess and attract candidates internationally.
Conduct interviews covering hard skills, soft skills, motivation and culture fit.
Partner with hiring managers on priorities, profiles and feedback.
Track and share recruitment analytics, including conversions, sources and time-to-fill, and support the employer brand through professional communities and direct candidate communication.
